The family
Società Agricola de Dominicis was founded by the de Dominicis brothers on the historic family estate at the foot of Mons Algidus, a land that still preserves splendid rows of olive trees, many of them centuries old.
The land
Having played a part in great conflicts of the past, this land has changed hands many times over the centuries. Today it is the setting where, with passion and dedication, the members of our family have tended the olive trees for generations, producing a truly special oil.
Our philosophy
The estate is run by the brothers Alberto and Amedeo, who have invested in developing production with one clear goal: to combine quality with care for nature.
The entire production cycle, from cultivation to milling, takes place with full respect for the environment, using only natural elements and products.

This care gives rise to an oil with a very low oxidation rate, which keeps its sensory qualities unchanged for a long time.
